Marina Gershteyn, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with Respiratory and Sleep Specialists who cares for hospitalized patients on the group’s inpatient service at Community First Medical Center in Chicago. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, she plays a central role in the day-to-day management of patients admitted with pulmonary and critical illness.
As part of the inpatient rounding team, Ms. Gershteyn evaluates newly admitted patients, follows those recovering in the hospital, coordinates diagnostic testing and treatment, and works alongside the group’s pulmonologists and intensivists to ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge. She is dedicated to providing attentive, coordinated care to patients during the most acute phase of their respiratory and critical illness.
