Was extremely disappointed with the way my claim was handled by Dr Ahluwalia's staff. I had an end of the year sleep service that was conducted on 12/29 and submitted to his office on 12/30 with instructions I was trying to get the service applied to 2025. The hospital, PCP all managed to work together to submit before the end of the year. Dr Ahluwalia was the only one who submitted in the new year on 1/3 and refused to resubmit under 2025 even though the insurance company said it was up to him to resubmit since the dates were so close. His staff kept me going in circles for three months never getting back to me. I met my end of the year deductable and it would have been a difference of the bulk of the payment coming from the insurance company instead of my pocket. Two thumbs down on overall caring for patients needs medical and financial.

Dr. Mukesh Ahluwalia has taken care of me since Day 1. While I was in the hospital he would come in every day to see me and take care of my medical needs. His office staff members are very professional and help with any of my needs as well. If any people with any pulmonary conditions need a pulmonologist I would recommend him and he would be at the top of my list.
